4) Payments

  1. Payments can be made online, by bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

5) Delays & No-Show

  1. For airport transfers, flight arrivals are monitored.
  2. Customers must inform the company in case of significant delays.
  3. Failure to show up without prior notice is considered a No-show and is non-refundable.

6) Responsibilities & Liability

  1. The company is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, road conditions, traffic, or force majeure.
  2. Customers are responsible for their behavior and for any damage caused to the vehicle.

7) Weather & Safety

Iceland has unpredictable weather conditions. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour for safety reasons. In such cases, customers will be offered a refund or rescheduling.

8) Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos) is the property of Wise Taxi and may not be used without written permission.

9) Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with Icelandic law.
