Company Information

1) Airport Transfers

  1. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  2. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup: 100% cancellation fee.
  3. No-show: non-refundable

2) Private Tours

  1. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour date.
  2. Cancellation between 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% cancellation fee.
  3. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour: 100% non-refundable.

3) Cancellations by the Company

If a transfer or tour is cancelled due to severe weather, safety concerns, or force majeure:

  1. The customer will receive a full refund, or.
  2. The option to reschedule.

4) How to Cancel

  1. Send an email to info@wisetaxi.is from the booking email address with your booking reference and full name.
  2. The email receipt timestamp in Iceland time (GMT/UTC) determines the applicable terms.

5) Refunds

  1. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
